Jake Stavsky

Jake Stavsky is an associate in Dechert’s global finance and real estate practice. Mr. Stavsky focuses his practice on real estate, structured finance and securitization matters.

Mr. Stavsky represents issuers, collateral managers, underwriters, loan sellers and government-sponsored enterprises in asset-backed securitization transactions, including commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) offerings and commercial real estate collateralized loan obligation (CRE CLO) transactions.
