Matthew Seely

Matthew Seely is an associate in Dechert’s finance & real estate group. He focuses his practice on commercial real estate finance including loan originations and commercial mortgage-backed securities as well as the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate properties.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Seely was a real estate associate at another international law firm. Mr. Seely is admitted in Illinois only; he is not admitted in North Carolina.
