Charlotte Thacker

Charlotte Thackey focuses her practice on fund finance and structured finance transactions with an emphasis on borrower-side transactions. Ms. Thackey has broad experience acting on NAV-based facilities, capital call/subscription lines and other secured lending facilities backed by a variety of asset classes for private equity funds, hedge funds and UHNWIs. She also has experience acting on asset-backed securitizations, repacks and collateralized loan obligations.
