Raquel Alejandra Talbott

Raquel Alejandra Talbott focuses her practice on global finance and real estate matters, including areas of commercial real estate finance, representation of financial institutions in the origination of mortgage and mezzanine loans and related secondary market transactions, and structured finance and securitization transactions. She joined the firm as a summer associate in 2023.

During law school, Ms. Talbott interned with the in-house legal department of a global materials and manufacturing company. She also served as a staff editor and later research editor for Temple Law’s International and Comparative Law Journal, contributing to scholarly work on cross-border legal issues.

As a 2024–25 Dechert Impact Fellow, Ms. Talbott was seconded to a global impact investment firm that mobilizes capital for social and environmental good.
