Raquel Alejandra Talbott

Raquel Alejandra Talbott is a junior associate in Dechert’s transactional practice. She joined the firm as a summer associate in 2023.

During law school, Ms. Talbott interned with the in-house legal department of a global materials and manufacturing company. She also served as a staff editor and later research editor for Temple Law’s International and Comparative Law Journal, contributing to scholarly work on cross-border legal issues.

As a 2024–25 Dechert Impact Fellow, Ms. Talbott was seconded to a global impact investment firm that mobilizes capital for social and environmental good. In this role, she assisted the investments team in structuring, negotiating and documenting transactions with portfolio borrowers, while also providing legal support on securities compliance, nonprofit and corporate governance and legal research.
