Charles Wynn-Evans

Charles Wynn-Evans is a partner, the Firm’s International General Counsel and an employment lawyer with extensive experience of all aspects of employment law and practice. He is also chair of the pro bono committee of the firm’s London office. He trained with the firm, was admitted as a solicitor in 1992 and has been a partner at the firm since 1997.

Dr. Wynn-Evans is acknowledged as a leading individual for employment law by the independent UK legal directories, The Legal 500 and Chambers. In Chambers UK 2023 he is listed as an Eminent Practitioner. He is a CEDR accredited mediator, a fellow of the RSA, a Liveryman of the City of London Solicitors’ Company, a Freeman of the City of London, and a Trustee of Walworth Garden. He is the author of The Law of TUPE Transfers (Oxford University Press, third edition, 2022).
