Mack Wan focsues his practice on investment funds, with an emphasis on fund formation. Mr. Wan covers a range of funds including private equity, credit, venture capital and project funds.

Mr. Wan also has broad experience servicing his clients on the entire lifecycle of their funds – including merger and acquisition, restructuring and winding down activities.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Wan was a lawyer in the Sydney office of a leading Australian law firm.
