Lucy Yang

Lucy Yang focuses her practice on the formation, fundraising, structuring, governance and operation of private investment funds (private equity, hedge, venture, credit and other types of private funds), managed accounts, and similar structures and vehicles across a broad range of investment strategies.

Ms. Yang also advises private funds clients on regulatory and compliance matters under applicable U.S. securities laws. 

In 2021, Ms. Yang was seconded to the Ontario Securities Commission, Corporate Finance Branch.

Prior to joining Dechert, she was an attorney in the Toronto office of a leading Canadian law firm.
