  • Kinross Gold Corporation on the US$350 million acquisition of a 25% stake in Chukotka Mining and Geological Company.
  • OCI Solar Power on the financing of its 400MW solar power plant development project in the City of San Antonio, the largest municipal utility solar project in the United States.
