Dechert Recognized as Best CLO Legal Services Firm by Creditflux in its Scrolls of Excellence CLO Market Survey

Dechert LLP has been voted the “Best Legal Services Firm” in Creditflux’s Scrolls of Excellence CLO market survey. Dechert was honored at Creditflux’s inaugural Scrolls of Excellence ceremony, which took place at the CLO Investor Summit in New York.

The ceremony was the culmination of a comprehensive three-month long process, in which summit delegates and Creditflux subscribers, including industry participants, clients and peer firms, voted for the best CLO service providers.

While presenting the Scroll of Excellence, the Creditflux presenter noted that Dechert is known for forming “easy working relationships with clients” and for its leadership on risk retention.

“This award acknowledges the depth and breadth of experience of our global CLO team,” said Dechert partner John Timperio. “We are honored to have had the opportunity this past year to work with some great clients, other law firms and industry groups on a number of novel transactions and projects.”

Dechert was also named “Best Law Firm for CLOs” by GlobalCapital at its annual award dinner in 2014 and 2015 and was ranked top issuers’ counsel for U.S. CLOs by deal volume and deal count for 2014 by Asset-Backed Alert.
