Dechert LLP lawyers on both sides of the Atlantic have been recognized for excellence in their respective practice areas in Euromoney/Legal Media Group’s Rising Stars Awards 2020. Separate awards are held to honor rising star lawyers in Europe and the Americas.

In the Americas region:

She also advises boards of directors/trustees of U.S. registered investment companies on fund governance and fiduciary oversight matters. Ms. Capistron was recognized in the same category in the 2019 Americas Rising Stars Awards.

Amisha Patel, a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C. office, was honored in the “Litigation” category. Her practice spans multiple industries, including automotive, consumer products, telecommunications, technology, life sciences, oil and gas, and sports. Ms. Patel has represented clients in state and federal courts, and before the U.S. Federal Trade Commission and foreign competition authorities.
