Dechert LLP’s excellence in dealmaking was recognized by The American Lawyer in its Corporate Practices of the Year Awards 2022, a biennial award program that honors law firms for their most significant deal work of the previous two years.
The American Lawyer highlighted the firm’s long-time ties to the private equity and investment funds world, describing Dechert as a “firm to watch” and praising it for helping revive deal structures that opened a greater volume of large transactions for PE firms.
