Seramount Names Dechert to its 2022 “100 Best Companies” and “Best Companies for Dads” List

Dechert LLP has been named one of the 2022 “100 Best Companies” by Seramount (formerly Working Mother Media) for the fifth consecutive year. The list recognizes companies that demonstrate progress in offering paid-gender neutral parental leave and opportunities to return to work gradually, alongside other inclusive benefits for families and increased mental health benefits for employees.

Additionally, Dechert was also named to Seramount’s 2022 “Best Companies for Dads” list for the third consecutive year. This list celebrates organizations leading in the areas of paternity leave, childcare, flexible schedules and more.

Earlier this year, Dechert also received recognition in Seramount’s 2022 Best Companies for Multicultural Women and 2022 Top Companies for Executive Women.
