Three Dechert partners have been selected as Rising Stars for 2025 by Law360. Each year, the publication names those it judges to be the world’s top legal talent under the age of 40 across a range of legal disciplines.
Those honored as Law360 Rising Stars for 2025 are:

A Philadelphia-based global finance partner, Ms. Kumar Goyal represents banks, insurance companies, institutional lenders and private equity investors in mortgage and mezzanine loan origination secured by a wide variety of commercial real estate properties, including office buildings, industrial, multifamily, hotels and retail properties, as well as loan participations, syndications and other co-lender arrangements. Recognized by The Legal 500 US as a next generation lawyer in real estate finance and currently ranked by Chambers USA for real estate finance in Pennsylvania, Ms. Kumar Goyal was recently named among The CRE Finance Council’s 20 Under 40 Class of 2025.
