Dechert’s Brexit for Fund Managers Seminar Series focuses on the key issues surrounding Brexit and fund management.  

Our second session ‒ 'Structuring and Executing Fund Investments from the UK Without a Passport' ‒ will focus on private equity, private credit and other private assets transactions and will cover the following topics:

• How can your London based deal team execute private equity transactions without a MiFID passport?
• The interplay between European fund structures and executing direct lending deals
• A look at other post-Brexit deal related issues including tax and asset-stripping provisions
