The panel will discuss the regulatory focus on liquidity and other measures to protect financial systems and ensure investors’ protection under AIFMD II including the harmonized framework for credit funds in comparison to the contemplated changes in the ELTIF Regulation and the general trend to retailization of the alternative asset classes in light of SFDR. Jennifer W. Han from the MFA will give the view from the U.S. on these topics.
