Ken Young Named Among Pennsylvania’s 2014 “Lawyers on the Fast Track” by The Legal Intelligencer

Kenneth Young, a partner in the Corporate and Securities practice group of Dechert LLP, has been named among Pennsylvania’s 2014 “Lawyers on the Fast Track” by The Legal Intelligencer in an editorial supplement published on September 30. The 13th annual “Lawyers on the Fast Track” award honors the top lawyers in Pennsylvania who have contributed greatly to the legal community through their advancement of the law, pro bono work and bar association contributions.

Young focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, with a particular emphasis on public company M&A and private equity, investment management and alternative asset diversification matters, capital markets, and general corporate issues.

"He has successfully funneled his deep expertise in private equity into helping clients integrate registered investment products within a traditional private equity model, while simultaneously meeting SEC demands for increased transparency," noted Dechert partner Henry Nassau in the editorial supplement.

The Legal Intelligencer will honor the award winners during a dinner in Philadelphia in November.
