NOVADAQ Technologies Acquired by Stryker Corporation for US$701 Million

Dechert LLP advised NOVADAQ Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ:NVDQ; TSX:NDQ), the leading provider of proven comprehensive fluorescence imaging solutions for medical procedures, in its acquisition by Stryker Corporation (NYSE:SYK), one of the world's leading medical technology companies. The shares of Novadaq will be acquired by Stryker for US$11.75 per share in cash, totaling approximately US$701 million.
