Partech Partners Raises €400 Million Venture Capital Fund

PARIS – Dechert LLP assisted Partech Partners, the management company of Partech International Ventures VII, in reaching its hard cap of €400 million for the seventh generation of its historical venture capital fund.
The venture capital fund has been backed by thirty major European and American investors. With this operation, Partech International Ventures VII positions itself as a global leader on the venture capital market.
The Paris-based team advising Partech Partners was led by partner Sabina Comis with support from associate Antoine Pian.
