Dechert LLP is advising Children’s Dental Group, based in La Palma, California, in the acquisition of eight of its offices across California by Western Dental, a portfolio company of New Mountain Capital and one of the nation’s largest dental providers. The acquisition includes six offices located in Southern California and two offices located in Northern California. The financial terms were not disclosed.
