Astorg Acquires Echosens SA

PARIS – Dechert LLP advised Astorg on the acquisition of a stake in Echosens SA from Cathay Capital Private Equity SAS, OrbiMed Advisors LLC and several minority shareholders.
Echosens is an innovative French high-technology company that offers a full range of products and services to support physicians in their assessment and management of patients with chronic liver diseases.
The Paris-based team advising Astorg on the legal aspects included
- On the corporate aspects: Alain Decombe and Charles Cardon assisted by Xavier Leroux, Magali Stuber, Claire Tanguy and Pierre-Henri Brieau;
