FS/KKR Close New US$3.4 Billion+ Omnibus Revolving Credit Facility

Dechert LLP advised FS/KKR Advisor, LLC, a partnership between FS Investments and KKR Credit, and four of the business development companies (BDC) that FS/KKR Advisor manages in a new omnibus US$3.435 billion senior secured revolving credit facility.
The new omnibus revolver is one of the largest BDC revolvers to date and is unique to the space for, among other reasons, covering multiple BDCs (FS Investment Corporation, FS Investment Corporation II, FS Investment Corporation III and Corporate Capital Trust).
