Morgan Stanley Capital Partners Invests in Clarity Software Solutions

Dechert LLP advised investment funds managed by Morgan Stanley Capital Partners (“MSCP”), the Private Equity team within Morgan Stanley Investment Management, in connection with their investment in Clarity Software Solutions (“Clarity”).
Clarity is a leading provider of on-demand document management and communications delivery solutions for the health insurance industry. This investment, which is the ninth platform investment in MSCP's North Haven Capital Partners Fund VI and its first-ever health care investment, is a continuation of MSCP’s focus on outsourced service providers that offer best in class solutions and reduce pain points for clients.
