Dechert Advises ArchiMed on Acquisition of Direct Healthcare Group

Dechert advised ArchiMed on its recent acquisition of Direct Healthcare Group from Northedge Capital. The cross-border transaction was secured by a competitive auction process and involved working across multiple jurisdictions including the United Kingdom, Luxembourg and France.

Direct Healthcare Group has primarily focused on solutions relating to patient movement and health. Following its acquisition by ArchiMed, Direct Healthcare Group will target strategic acquisitions with the aim of expanding its business and operations across Europe.
