Laura Rossi

Laura Rossi is a partner in the Luxembourg office and member of the firm’s financial services group. 

Laura focuses her practice on matters related to investments funds and investment companies, advising domestic and foreign clients on the regulatory, organisational, corporate and contractual aspects of creating, structuring, marketing and registering investment funds and investment companies.

She also has over fifteen years of experience advising international clients on corporate structurings and mergers and acquisitions, including the setting up and financing of companies, partnerships and investment vehicles as well as the negotiation of shareholders agreements. She also advises on the domiciliation of companies and contract law. 

She also handles financial transactions for regulated and non-regulated entities and the related security package and legal opinions. Her practice includes assisting client with matters and queries related to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
