Dechert advised Natixis in connection with the financing and refurbishing of an office building, located in the Bois-Colombes suburb of Paris.
The CityZen Building A has just been acquired by a fund managed by JP Morgan Asset Management. With 30,000 m² of offices space spread over 7 floors in a superstructure, the building includes "a large landscaped garden as well as accessible patios, a bright canteen with 480 seats and an ERP auditorium with 198 seats.”
