Robus Capital Management Establishes Two Private Debt Funds Focused on German and European Middle Market Companies

A cross-border team from Dechert LLP has advised the London based asset management firm Robus Capital Management on the establishment of two private debt funds with a focus on debt financing of German and European middle market companies. The Robus Senior Debt Fund was established with a total target capital commitment of €200 million with a first closing in the first quarter of 2018. The Robus Recovery Fund II with a total target capital commitment of €200 million has completed its second closing in the second quarter 2019.

Dechert assisted Robus Capital Management in the structuring and regulatory approval process of the debt funds. The funds are structured to the needs of German professional investors and were launched as a Luxembourg master-feeder structure in the form RAIF (Reserved Alternative Investment Fund).
