Dechert Advises Cerberus and Covis Pharma on Sale of Covis Pharma to Apollo Global Management

Dechert advised Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. (“Cerberus”) and Covis Pharma BV (“Covis Pharma” or “Covis”), a global specialty pharmaceutical company, in connection with the acquisition of Covis by funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc. from an affiliate of Cerberus. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Subject to antitrust approval, the transaction is expected to close by the end of the first quarter of 2020.
