Dechert Advises on Thoma Bravo’s Acquisition of Command Alkon

Dechert advised Command Alkon and Quilvest Capital Partners in the completion of Thoma Bravo’s acquisition of Command Alkon from Quilvest. The deal was originally announced March 31, 2020 and the closing was announced on April 23, 2020.
Command Alkon is the leading supplier collaboration platform for construction’s heavy work. Command Alkon is headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama and has offices in locations around the globe.
