Dechert Advises HysetCo in the Acquisition of Slota Group and in a Related €80 Million Fundraising

Dechert advised HysetCo, a pioneer in hydrogen energy which owns the world’s largest fleet of hydrogen taxis operated by Hype, in connection with the acquisition of Slota Group, a long-standing Parisian taxi operator. Dechert additionally advised on a fundraising round which raised over €80 million. The funds were used to finance this acquisition as well as for the installation of two new refueling stations.
RGREEN INVEST, Mirova (an affiliate of Natixis Investment Managers), RAISE Impact and Eiffel Investment Group joined HysetCo as new financial partners in this fundraising round. As part of this deal, Air Liquide has also increased its commitment.
