Dechert Advises Horizon Technology Finance Management in its Strategic Partnership

Dechert advised Horizon Technology Finance Management LLC (“Horizon”) in its agreement with Waterfall Asset Management to originate and manage a venture debt portfolio. Horizon is a registered investment advisor that underwrites and manages secured loans made to companies in the technology, life sciences, healthcare information and services, and sustainability industries, and the manager and advisor for Horizon Technology Finance Corporation (NASDAQ: HRZN).
Through this partnership, Horizon will have greater access to investment opportunities in more venture-backed companies, while continuing to diversify its investment portfolios in a range of industries.
