Dechert Advises CVC Capital Partners on WorldWide Express-GlobalTranz Enterprises Combination

Dechert LLP advised CVC Capital Partners as leader of the consortium sponsoring the transaction to combine WorldWide Express, LLC and GlobalTranz, LLC.
The combination will create an industry leader with unique technology capabilities and market-leading solutions for the freight and parcel markets.
The transaction is expected to close during the third quarter of 2021.
