Dechert Advises Centre Partners and Bradford Health Services in Sale of Bradford Majority Interest to Lee Equity Partners

Dechert LLP advised Centre Partners and its portfolio company Bradford Health Services in the sale of a majority ownership interest in Bradford Health to funds managed by Lee Equity Partners, LLC. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Earlier this year, Dechert also advised Centre Partners and its portfolio company, Vision Innovation Partners, in Visions’s sale to Gryphon Investors, and in Centre Partners acquisition of Captain D’s Seafood and affiliated entities.
