Dechert Advises Castik Capital on Its Acquisition of Artus Beteiligungs GmbH

Dechert LLP advised Castik Capital, a European multi-strategy private equity firm, on the acquisition of a majority stake in Artus Beteiligungs GmbH and its subsidiaries from existing shareholders. The completion of the transaction is subject to the approval of the competent merger authority.
ARTUS is one of Germany’s leading damage repairers, covering fire, water and elementary damages and offers complete solutions for the entire restoration process.
