Dechert Advises on Eximia’s Acquisition by Technology & Strategy

Dechert LLP advised the shareholder of Eximia Engineering GmbH, TAC Holding GmbH, in connection with the acquisition of Eximia Engineering GmbH by a leading European engineering and digital consulting group, Technology & Strategy. Headquartered in Munich, Germany, Eximia is a research and consulting company with an expertise in testing in the field of connected services, automotive security and ADAS, focused on Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM).
The new partnership will allow Eximia and Technology & Strategy to provide more sophisticated and holistic support to customers throughout the full lifecycle of automotive projects, offering further solutions to their customers both locally and globally.
The Munich-based Dechert team advising Eximia included corporate partners Federico Pappalardo (lead) and Carina Klaes-Staudt (co-lead), along with corporate associates Alexa Serafin and Anna Ziegler.
