Dechert Advises Five Star on its Acquisition of Scene75 Entertainment
Dechert LLP advised Five Star Parks & Attractions and Court Square Capital Partners on Five Star’s acquisition of Scene75 Entertainment. This is the first strategic transaction for Five Star since being acquired by Court Square Capital Partners in March, a deal that Dechert also advised on for its client Court Square Capital Partners.
