Dechert Advises Oliver Healthcare Packaging on the Acquisition of EK-Pack

Dechert LLP advised Oliver Healthcare Packaging, a leading supplier of sterile barrier flexible packaging solutions for the global healthcare market, on the successful acquisition of EK-Pack Folien GmbH, a manufacturer of high-quality film and foil technology based in Ermengerst-Wiggensbach, Bavaria, Germany. The acquisition also includes Vacopack H. Buchegger AG, a fully owned subsidiary of EK-Pack, located in northeastern Switzerland.
