Dechert Represents ARK Invest in Acquisition of Rize ETF

Dechert LLP advised ARK Invest, an investment firm renowned for its focus on disruptive innovation, in its recent acquisition of Rize ETF Limited.

Established in 2019, Rize ETF has quickly become a leading European provider of thematic and sustainable investing, specializing in creating research-led, and purpose-built thematic ETFs.

This acquisition represents a significant milestone in ARK Invest's global expansion strategy. It will enable ARK Invest to introduce its suite of innovation ETFs, under the UCITS framework, to investors across Europe and beyond. This move will also facilitate further growth and expansion of Rize ETF’s thematic products.
