Dechert Advises Graham Partners on Acquisition of E Tech Group

Dechert advised Graham Partners (Graham), a private investment firm targeting advanced manufacturing companies, on their acquisition of E Tech Group (E Tech), an industrial automation systems integrator that caters to diverse high-demand sectors including life sciences, data centers, consumer packaged goods, food and beverage, and industrial.

E Tech collaborates with customers to integrate and maintain automation solutions within highly regulated operating and manufacturing environments. Leveraging its extensive investment experience across the end markets served by E Tech, Graham Partners aims to support E Tech’s continued expansion and development.
