Dechert Welcomes Private Equity and Infrastructure Lawyer Jarlath Pratt

Dechert LLP is pleased to announce that Jarlath Pratt has joined the firm as a partner in its corporate and securities practice group in London, significantly enhancing the firm’s global private capital capabilities.

With over 20 years of experience in both private practice and as Managing Director and Assistant General Counsel within a leading global institutional investor, Mr. Pratt brings a wealth of expertise in private equity, infrastructure and M&A.
