Dechert Advises Revaia on Its Investment in Synera Series B

Dechert advised Revaia, a leading European growth technology investor, on its role as lead investor in the Series B financing round of Synera. This transaction represents Revaia’s first investment in Germany.

Revaia’s investment is intended to support Synera’s continued growth and international expansion, further accelerating the development and adoption of its generative engineering platform among leading industrial and engineering organizations.

Founded in Bremen, Synera is a technology startup providing generative engineering software that enables companies to automate complex engineering and design processes. Its platform helps engineering teams increase efficiency, reduce development time and unlock new optimization opportunities through advanced automation.
