Dechert Advises Graham Partners on Acquisition of Immix

Dechert advised Graham Partners, a private investment firm targeting advanced manufacturing and technology-enabled services businesses, on its acquisition of Immix, a provider of remote video monitoring (RVM) workflow solutions.

With a global client presence and offices in the United States and United Kingdom, Immix provides a unified platform that integrates video, audio, access control, sensors and AI analytics to support more than 200 remote video monitoring customers protecting more than 100,000 sites worldwide, distinguishing real threats from false alarms and routing responses in real time.

With rising alarm volumes and a tightening labor market, Graham believes this blend of automation and reliability is accelerating the industry’s shift from traditional human guarding toward AI-enabled video monitoring. As a hardware- and technology-agnostic workflow solutions provider, Immix is well positioned to drive and benefit from that transition.

Through this partnership, Graham and Immix plan to accelerate investment in Immix’s platform and capabilities to better support its customers and the ongoing adoption of RVM.
