Danny Amaisse focuses his practice on finance and real estate, including structured finance and securitization. Mr. Amaisse represents issuers, collateral managers and mortgage loan sellers in connection with public and private commercial mortgage-backed securitizations.

Mr. Amaisse was a Dechert summer associate and held numerous positions while he studied, including a judicial clerkship in the Southern District of New York for the Hon. Richard J. Sullivan and Research & Writing Editor for the Pace Environmental Law Review.
