Michael Bayr

Michael Bayr advises clients on banking and finance law matters. He focuses his practice on finance matters with an emphasis on structuring international investment funds, investment and insurance regulatory law, asset management and investment tax law. Mr. Bayr has also authored numerous articles in Juris Praxisreport Versicherungsrecht, a leading German publication on insurance law. He is qualified as specialist lawyer for insurance law as well as for banking and investment law.

Prior to joining Dechert, Mr. Bayr was an associate in the litigation department of a specialist financial services law firm based in Munich.
