Douglas C. Carleton

Douglas C. Carleton focuses his practice on commercial mortgage finance, structured finance and securitization.

Mr. Carleton also has experience handling sophisticated corporate transactions for emerging growth and middle-market companies. He has served as the lead attorney on multi-million dollar mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity securities offerings and venture capital and debt financings. He has also handled initial public offerings and various securities matters. He gained complementary experience as a civil litigator earlier in his legal career.

Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. Carleton founded and operated a successful retail and wholesale flower business in Southern California.
