Eric Glickman, an associate in Dechert’s global finance practice, focuses his practice on real estate, structured finance and securitization matters, with an emphasis on commercial mortgage-backed securities. Mr. Glickman represents issuers, underwriters, government-sponsored enterprises, mortgage loan sellers, depositors and investors in connection with public and private commercial mortgage-backed securitizations. He also has experience advising clients with respect to single-family rental securitizations.
Before joining Dechert, Mr. Glickman served as an associate in the Alternative Entities and Structured Finance practice group at a Delaware law firm. Before attending law school, he served as a White House intern.
