Eric J. Kotloff

Eric J. Kotloff is counsel in Dechert’s global finance practice. Mr. Kotloff focuses his practice on commercial real estate finance and investment, including the origination, acquisition, syndication and disposition of mortgage and mezzanine loans, equity investment and joint venture formation, and real estate acquisition and disposition. In addition, Mr. Kotloff has experience in post-closing loan modifications and restructurings, repurchase facilities and preferred equity transactions. He has represented a number of investment banks, commercial banks, life insurance companies and institutional investors.
