Amanda Liu focuses her practice on investment funds, with particular emphasis on hedge and private equity funds. She advises financial institutions and asset managers on fund formation, distribution and regulatory compliance matters.

Prior to joining Dechert, Ms. Liu was a lawyer in the Sydney office of an Australian law firm, where she advised and represented large financial institutions in both contentious and non-contentious matters.
