
John Ludwig-Eagan focuses his practice on finance and real estate, including structured finance and securitization. John represents issuers, collateral managers, underwriters, loan sellers, government-sponsored enterprises and investors in asset-backed securitization transactions, with a focus on commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) offerings and commercial real estate collateralized loan obligation (CRE CLO) transactions. John also advises clients on securitizations and other financings of various other asset classes, including single-family rentals (SFR), consumer loans, solar equipment loans and agricultural loans.
In his pro bono practice, John represents prisoners and detainees in federal civil rights actions and assists clients with various estate planning matters.
