Adorah Nworah

Adorah Nworah is an associate in Dechert’s global finance practice and is based in the firm’s Philadelphia office. Ms. Nworah focuses her practice in commercial real estate finance with concentrations in origination, acquisition, syndication and disposition of mortgage loans, mezzanine financing and loan sales.

Ms. Nworah maintains an active pro bono practice, including a recent representation of a nonprofit organization in reviewing current minimum wage and hour laws.
