
Tyler H. Payne focuses his practice on financial services matters. He advises U.S. registered investment companies, including mutual funds, business development companies and exchange-traded funds, as well as private funds and investment advisers on various regulatory, compliance and business matters. Mr. Payne also assists clients with developing and launching new funds and requests for exemptive relief from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Mr. Payne also advises fund sponsors on the regulatory implications of utilizing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors in the investment process.
